Experience the unique nature of the Altmark

Although largely flat, the Altmark is characterized by a variety of striking, but above all natural landscapes. These include the Elbe meadows with the UNESCO Middle Elbe Biosphere Reserve, the Havel lowlands with the Elb-Havel-Winkel, the Drömling Biosphere Reserve, the Altmärkische Wische, the Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide or the Kalbesche Werder. Integrated into these landscapes, some of which are nature reserves, are numerous nature trails.
